2. Remove carpets
3. Finish hardwood floors

Kitchen

1. Kitchen counter replace
2. New light over stove
3. Replace kitchen floor and pantry room floor

Bathroom

1. Remodel
2. Extend to where current washer/dryer are

Living Room

1. Install stackable washer/dryer in new closet next to bathroom extension

Den

1. Soundproof wall
